Motivation is not just inspiration.
It is inspiration with direction.

It is what makes you show up even when you don't feel like it. #commitmenttohealth

It is that hard work that when dilligently done regularly (note this keyword), it changes to habits.

Habits are harder to shake off.

Same like bad habits in healthy lifestyle. You need to shake it off by replacing it with good habits - done regularly.

If not, you will keep doing the wrong thing HOPING to get the right results.

Yes, you can fall off the bandwagon at any time, due to stress, time challenges etc

But you truly show your grit,
when you brush off and move on.

Take Charge.

Remember:
Obstacles are all you see when you take your eyes off your goals.

If you keep slacking on that motivation, remind yourself time and time again, why you started it in the first place.

You will get it if you want it bad enough.

Do you want it bad enough?
If yes, read this again and you will see that you start to think differently.
