My cues are planning ahead of my daily routines & stick to it as much as possible in order to be consistent
I have a dedicated room for exercise purposes with all my equipments. I cook healthy meals at home to encourage family to be healthy. I ensure i have water bottle with me filled with plain water to ensure hydration and drinking plain water rather than getting sweet drinks outside.

My Rituals: . Minum 2 glasses of ayer suam in the morning. . 12 Stretches & 3Kg Dumbell. . Cook & eat my own healthy food. . Stay positive & hold on to my dreams to stay healthy. . Spread my love & remember that a little love goes a long way.....
Ritual...hmm.... i dont have a ritual ritual... I go with the flow and act based on my needs for the day... But if i have to name a few... 1) have a bottle of water in my room at night... to drink before I sleep and the moment I wake up. ( consistent) 2) have my can of iced nescafe between 3-4p.m. as a perk-me-up. ( daily ) 3) daily quiet moment to wind down... doing what I like n need. ( consistent )
Mine would be having my bottle of water wherever I go, whether going out or in the house, because I tend to forget to drink if I don't see it in front of me. Also eating fruits first before eating my meal.
Think like a new body! Thats what i have to absorb in my brain. 1. Wake up do 12 stretches 2. Plate my food 3. Pick up my dumbbells move my hands and legs InsyaAllah im changing to be a better me😊
My ritual is to ensure I have balance meal each time. Fruits and Veg must be included in my meals daily on top of my carbo and protein.
My morning ritual: 1) 1 cup of Meiji low fat milk and 8 pieces of Almond nuts at 6.30am 2) wholemeal bread with fruit at 10am 3) 2 litres of plain water by 1pm
My regular morning ritual... Before getting off the bed, I do light stretching and drink water. I have a 2L bottle by my bed side. I take 1 litre first before doing the necessary in the bathroom. After solat and 2L done, then its a fruit such as blueberries/banana/apple.
My my morning rituals - Drink 1-2 glass of plain water . The first one together with - a tiny pinch of himalayan salt . Take my breakfast after solat & doa & 12 stretchers Take supplements for the day & to breathe properly & go to work. Always reminding self to drink 1.5 to 2 litres water for the day & eat lots of fruits. Take apple sometime -1 hr before lunch. I love taking peanuts too when at home (walnuts esp). Exercise a bit for the day - min 20 min. If with the exercise class -later on can do 1 hr.... hehe❤️🌷🌈
My Rituals : Bangun pagi minum air suam then eat my banana then makan ubat. Lepas mandi, go up my weighing scale pasal kalau kita forget about Mr Tim, nanti our weight menjadi-jadi, so jangan sampai mereke go overboard pasal badan kita nak menjadi lebih cun! And now I must have fruits especially red dragonfruit pasal it's so satisfying besok pagi....hahaha.....and MUST attend Dr Dee Dee Mahmood senaman over the weekends. On weekdays at work, we do 10 squats before we start work, 10 squats after lunch and 10 squats after work. We do it as a team at work. Weeknights at home, I rest my legs on my bed headboard 90° up and I slide open and close (kangkang besar-besar and bring them back together) and I do this 30 times. Once a week, kita date brown bear.....hehehe.....✌❤ Ohhhh....and dance in my bedroom....hahaha
Bismillah, my rituals daily: 1. Wake up, be grateful and drink water. 2. Dhuha then walk my child to school. 3. Plan what to eat for next meal or sometimes a day earlier so that i tak "melebih". 4. Stock up my fruits and vegetables. 5. Make time to exercise even the simplest 12 stretches. Always remind myself; How do i feel if i say: "This is not my priority!" #commitmenttohealth
My ritual is to stick & be consistent with my daily routines. I immediately put on my workout clothes after my evening 🚿 as a reminder to do my workout
My daily morning routine after subuh prayers is to clock in some exercise minutes by following Dr Dee’s workout to meet the target of at least 300 minutes for the week. After that is breakfast with my family.
Wake up in the morning, will be a glass of water, do some stretching, shower and think wat to eat for breakfast and start working for weekdays and for weekends looking forward for PPP 😘❤️💪
My morning ritual will be a glass of like warm water to begin with, do 12 stretching to warm up the body, shower, eat my breakfast & start work =)
My ritual now is to drink at least 2 ltrs of water everyday n eat fruits before every meal
My morning ritual when i wake up wld drink at least a glass of water. Then i wld go the bathroom n do my no 2 with patience n ease. Cos i want the unwanted waste to be discharged all..... Next ritual like Sharifah to ensure every meals i hv fruits, salad or raw veggies...i just love it!!!
