Snow gets in your eyes...
I am missing Bend, Oregon and the snow and everyone at the ACSM!
I am super happy & honoured that this year (as with the past years), our Walking Football for Health scientific research has been selected to be presented in the American College of Sports Medicine NW Annual Meeting 2021. (Will share with you the details soon)

As a Research Scientist (on metabolic health, obesity, weight management, walking football, students and communities' physical activity participation and more), it is meaningful to see the impact of scientific research and its applicability real time on real life.

Reflecting that i started in this industry in 1995 as a Fitness Instructor/Coach, that's 26 years of national & international health & fitness experience, with years of international studies and learnings, qualifications, accreditations and certifications, i have evolved:

Exercise Physiologist, Celebrity Trainer & Nutritionist, Research Scientist
&
Regional Head (RAAN ECU)
Senior Adjunct Lecturer
Edith Cowan University Australia
