Bringing Vitamin Dee to my Sunshines this morning!
And today, it is the special day, birthdays of Sabrina (Sharifah's daughter) and Akim (Sedah's son). Happy birthday! And we had Haziq, Khuzee's son joining us too as well as Nora's Hayatun and Solehin.

I feel honoured to take care of not only the ladies, but their children and family members too. When children exercises with us, i work on their motor controls and balance and more..i love the social bonding created between a child and mother as they exercise together.
Emak2 dan kakak2 dan adik2 senam dengan Dee2, i work on their special emphasis -nak be stronger, be healthier and nak look after shape and weight, but most excitingly, so that we can be more beautiful..hihi...

Benefits of morning exercise: ----------------------------------------------- Scientific research has shown that aerobic exercise performed in the morning has positive impact on blood pressure and insulin regulation. A morning exercise is also associated with a higher duration of deep sleep at night time.
The better outcome is associated with improved management of metabolic pathways and energy homeostasis in terms of health and weight management, and not to mention the feel-good-endorphins for good mood booster!
