The following are classes conducted personally by Dee Dee A.Salle (Exercise Physiologist) and winner of Sporting Singapore Inspirational Award and Singapore Healthy Lifestye Ambassador.

Abs, Bums & Thighs - Get into the synergy of movement and music in a fun-filled fitness routine that is both challenging and engaging. An exercise workout that concentrates on the muscles of the abdominal area and lower part of the body, particularly to strengthen and reduce the flab around this region. It helps to ‘melt’ away the unwanted cellulite which normally settle at these areas. For small thighs, flat stomach, chiseled waistline and nice rounded bum, let’s do it!

Body Sculpting – A revolutionary exercise routine comprises of cardio and breath-taking muscle sculpting movements that improves all-round body tone and endurance. The routine concentrates on different regions of your body such as the upper region (chest, arms, shoulders), abdominal (torso, stomach and lower back) and lower body region (thighs & bums). Sculpting enhances strength and muscle tones, while resistance training boost strength, power and adds to lean body tissue. The result? A well-toned physique.

Stretch-band Exercise
– Get into the groove of fun-filled dynamic energy, in a synergy of movement and funky music. Aim at improving your cardiovascular & aerobic potential, at the same time improve your body’s tone. Increase your stamina, burn calories and strengthen the muscle. A fun exercise regime using resistance equipment, it also increases flexibility, improve body posture and increase lean muscle tissues. An ideal body-shaper class to achieve that trimmer, leaner and healthier body.

Pilates – A complete approach to develop body awareness and to improve posture and alignment. Exercise is kept at a minimum and executed using a simple floor-mat. Helps develop a stable core for your body, focusing on the abdomen, back and rear using proper methods of breathing. Executing flowing movements, control, concentration and centering of the body to achieve that streamlined silhouette, firmer and sleeker body, increased flexibility and physical agility.
 
Note: For those who has their own group of people to do an exercise, Dee Dee can arrange for classes to be conducted in the privacy of your office, home, factory, hall, school, mosque, garden, etc. Various exercise routines of your choice - kick-boxing, dance-robics, cardio-combo, pilates, aqua-robics or aqua pilates, cardio-box, stretch-band, tummy-trim, abs, bums & thigh, circuit training, personal training, health talk, seminar and workshop.
